  • I can't unzip the archive to get the files?

To decompress the archive, .7z you can use any decompression software that is found in all computer platforms and can be downloaded for free from the Web. Or you can download the .7z software for free here .

  • Why can't I log back into my account or have I lost my password?

Use our " Reset your password " page and you will receive an email to reset your password

  • I ordered the wrong file format, how do I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch with us from the Contact tab in the two site menus and we will get back to you within 24 hours and help you resolve the issue.

  • Can metadata embedded in DSD files be manipulated and edited?

Yes, the metadata within the DSD files is easily editable since it is an ID3V2 compatible file (that is, any reader reading both DSF and ID3V2 tags will see the information). You can still edit tags within files with other readers (like Audirvana Plus, Foobar2000 or Roon on your Mac) or tag programs like MP3tag or Tag&Rename (see more below).

Cover
Currently our DSF files also have embedded graphics. You can add or edit the cover with the readers and taggers mentioned above, or some simply need a folder.jpg or cover.jpg file in the same track folder to collect it.

Easily change tags to your liking
Editing metadata on music download files is very easy. We recommend that you use a program like Foobar2000 (free), or use one of these programs listed below:
