After purchasing your music, you will receive a link via email to download your purchase. Please keep it for your records if you need to download your purchase again. If you lose your email link, simply provide us with an order number and we'll email you a new link. You don't need to use a download manager, any web browser will do the job to download your purchase. All our titles are delivered with all tracks complete and are archived with .zip compression, just unzip the zip and you're good to go. We recommend that you back up all your music files, we cannot be responsible for lost files.
Our files are stored in a content delivery network (CDN), in a system of distributed servers (network) around the world, therefore it means for the consumer to be able to have more reliable and consistent downloads around the world.
We highly recommend a high bandwidth connection. These files are large and most will be over 100 megabytes in size. They are not compressed in Flac compression, the formats are WAV and DSD. Most music software will play them as-is, but if it becomes necessary to decode them back to .wav state, use db Power Amp Music Converter for any file conversion. On Mac we recommend xACT - Audio Compression Toolkit .
